Screech, diet coming to a halt. Making yet another change. I know, crazy. This time the change is for life!!! I do believe that God has spoken to me!!! He said that I needed to get back to healthy eating and exercise, and stop obsessing over all this diet stuff that is only going to be a temporary fix. It is a crazy roller coaster that I am on right now, and I just need to get off, and gain balance!!! Stop pan icing over a little weight gain, and just get busy being healthy. So I am sorry to report that I want be able to help those on HCG figure out the best way to eat and loose weight, and not feel like you are starving. God is telling me otherwise right now. I really thought it was the answer, and still really believe mixing it with Fiber 35 could possibly work better than starving for 21 days, but I am too far past HCG now to even try and find out. I have to eat good calories now, and I believe at this point HCG would be a hindrance rather than a help. I did take off about 3 pounds this past week if that gives you any idea. I do have to give the credit to Fiber 35 though and not HCG. Proof is in the toilet!!! Yes I know that is a little TMI, but its true. Eating all the fiber has for sure got me going to the bathroom on a regular basis. That is something I have not been doing for about 4 months now. So I think that is why I have dropped 3 pounds. Again I think HCG is a great way to start a diet, cause you do get results fast, but if you want to continue loosing, you have to stop after 21 days and start eating good calorie foods and exercise. This is the message I am getting from God, and its time I listen to him. Let me explain a little further. Thinking about the Bible days. What kind of foods did they eat? Unleavened bread, fruits, veggies, grain fed meats, and fish. I would say they led mostly a plant based diet with some good grain fed animal protein. What got me to thinking about all of this was a Plant Based protein sample that I bought at the health food store a few weeks ago. I was there comparing protein powders trying to find something that was equal to the Fiber 35 protein drink. I can only seem to find it online and that is just not all that convenient for me. So while looking I found this one protein drink that was Plant base. Protein that comes entirely from plants. Then I remember years ago a doctor telling me that because I only have one kidney, I should be getting most of my protein from plant base foods. Hmmmmm, how weird that this information is coming back to me a second time. I obviously did not listen to him back then, but after trying the samples, I did decide to look into this a little further. I first looked up the protein powder and did some reading from there. After spending some time on the website, I was convinced that the doctor I spoke with years ago was right. This is the route I need to take. Plant based food!!! After all, I love veggies and grain. Then I got to thinking about God again, and the bible, and everything that he talks about in scripture. He tells us time and time again that he will provide everything we need. Not to worry!!! Mathew 6:25-34. This one being one that really made me think the most Mathew 31-- “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. 33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
Seek the Kingdom of God!!! He will give us everything we need. There it is...That's the answer. That is why Fiber 35 has stuck in my heart and continues to come into my mind at every turn. Because Brenda teaches you to get all of your nutrition from veggies, fruits, grains. All these foods God has provided since the beginning of time. All I need to do is follow his plan first and combine it with her plan, and get my body moving and I will be ok. So with that said, I am going to continue on my journey with Fiber 35 and stop the insanity!!! Good eating and exercise!!! So going back to where the light switched on, the website about plant based protein, I decided to purchase some more samples of this protein and have decided it will become a big part of my daily intake for the next 30 days. I cannot think of anything else that I have ever tried that will do this. Its everything I need and more. Using this protein and Fiber 35 diet plan together should provide me with all the fiber and nutrition I will need to get me on the road to total health. I have already tried chocolate, berry, and Vanilla chai. Of course Vanilla is my favorite. I mixed with blueberry's and strawberry's, 2 packages of Truvia, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water, ice. It was really great!!! You can mix it with many other fruits. Maybe even some yogurt would be good. Will need to try that. Check your local health food store and see if they carry samples for you to try. Remember its not going to taste like a Cheeseburger. Its a high fiber, low fat protein shake mix. Nothing will taste like a Cheeseburger, except for a Cheeseburger. This drink will taste like something very healthy. Maybe a little better than cardboard!!! However if you drink it daily, you might be able to have that cheeseburger on occasion!!!
