Walk the Walk

Besides swimming as many times a week as I can, My dear husband and I have started walking again. This time we are using my Leslie Sansone 2 mile Walk the Walk. I have about 4 or 5 of these videos for many years, and I love them because you can walk 1,2,3,4 mile walks without ever leaving your home. She gives you a really great workout and its very low impact. The 1 mile walk is a quick walk that you could do to start out your morning. Its a great energy booster and it is only about 15 minutes long. The 2 mile walk is the one I am doing now and its a 30 minute walk. I have not worked up to the 3 mile or 4 mile yet, but maybe one day. I also have a video where she combines weights with walking. This one is awesome.
