1/4 Cup protein powder -- vanilla or plain
1/8 Cup flax seeds -- ground to 1/4 cup flax meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 Cup heavy cream (I did about 1/2 cup)
1/4 Cup water (approximate)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Pinch sweetener
1 pinch of salt (my addition)
1/4 cup chop walnuts (my addition)
Mix ingredients and cook in melted butter on a griddle just as you would regular pancakes.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: approximately 8 to 10g carbs total, approximately 2 carbs per 3 inch pancake, approximate 6 pancakes per mix.
