Enjoy your sweets and diet too!!!

The hardest part about dieting is when you get that "Sweet Tooth" craving. I am always trying to find a way to have my sweets and diet too!!! Here are a few of my favorite low carb/low sugar ways to cure my sweet tooth using my favorite fruit, Strawberry's.

Cream Cheese Dip
2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup of fresh Strawberry's (about 5 small)
1 packet natural sweetener (I use Truvia or PureVia)

Put 2 tablespoons of cream cheese in a bowl and mix 1 packet of sweetener. Then you just spoon it onto your strawberry and enjoy the sweet goodness!!! It is also great on apple slices.

Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup of soy milk ( I use Soy Silk unsweetened)
about 4 large fresh strawberry's
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (most flavors will work)
1 packet of natural sweetener(Truvia or Purevia)
1 cup of crushed ice

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute.
Pour in glass and enjoy!!!
You can add in fiber, flax seed, or any oils to make it even more healthier.

Strawberry's and Cream
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberry's
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 packages of natural sweetener (Purevia or Truvia)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, but good for you)
With a mixer on medium, mix all ingredients until it becomes thick with peaks(about 5 minutes)
Layer in a small 1/2 cup dessert dish, whip cream and strawberry's. Enjoy!
